      1. Explain what migration is and the reasons why migratory animals must be protected

    • Unit 2 - Institutional Framework and Funding of the CMS Family

      Unit 2 describes the institutional framework and funding methods of the CMS Family.

      You can start by having a good look the Lesson, which includes two videos. The additional materials will help you to enhance your knowledge regarding the different bodies and funding methods established by the CMS.  Then, take the quiz and test your knowledge.

    • Unit 3 - Functions relating to Administration, Finance and Communication

      Unit 3 addresses the appointment of NFPs and representatives to subsidiary bodies, as well as the role of NFPs regarding admin, finance and communication.

      You can start by having a good look the Lesson. The additional materials will help you to enhance your knowledge regarding the different bodies and funding methods established by the CMS.  Then, take the simulation exercise to test how would you act in different real-live situations.

    • Unit 4 - Meeting of the CMS Family Decision-making Bodies

      Unit 4 describes how to prepare your participation in a CMS or its instruments meeting. It also explains in detail the meetings of decision-making bodies and meetings to negotiate new instruments.
